Using Screen Machine with the Nintendo Wiimote |
| At school I swear by my Logitech Cordless Presenter. This project aims to duplicate what makes the presenter so simple and useful - but also to go much further - adding the annotation and zoom features of Screen Machine. It all seems to work. I'm very pleased. |

Notes: You need a bluetooth connection to your Wiimote for any of this to work. More information is here. If the Wiimote is detected the icon will turn deep blue. My experience is that the Microsoft Stack sort of works, the Widcomm stack doesn't work at all and that it is worth buying the Bluesoleil stack, just to avoid all the pain. If the Wiimote can detect an infra-red source (for example the Wii sensor bar) - it will use it to give more accurate pointing. If not, the program uses the Wiimote accelerometer information, which is rather less precise. More information on all things Wiimote from www.wiili.org and Johnny Lee's Wiimoteproject.com |
